Former K–12 educator turned solo EdTech founder. Builds the tools he wished he'd had in the classroom and in the principal's office.

EduEval started because evaluation week always arrived before the narrative feedback was written. Principals I worked with were spending evenings and weekends writing reports — and the feedback was often delivered so late that teachers had already moved on. The tools available were either compliance-first (built for the district office) or generic AI writers that didn't understand instructional frameworks.

So I built the other kind. A tool that listens to how principals actually observe — raw notes, half-sentences, rubric cross-references — and produces feedback that is specific, evidence-based, and fast enough to land while it still matters.

Everything we ship is in service of one thing: more time in classrooms, less time in spreadsheets.

Evaluation is coaching.

The work of a principal is to make teaching better. Every feature we ship is measured against whether it creates more coaching conversations — not more documents.

Built with principals, not for them.

EduEval's roadmap is shaped by the school leaders who use it every week. If a feature doesn't come from a real walkthrough, it doesn't ship.

Your data belongs to you.

FERPA-aligned from day one. We don't sell data, don't train public models on your evaluations, and don't surface teacher information to anyone outside your school.
