By accessing or using School Solutions platforms (including EduEval and future products), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

Our services are designed for educational institutions and authorized personnel. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate educational and professional development purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of teacher evaluation data and student information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FERPA
• Not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or disrupt our services

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into our platform. We do not claim ownership of your observation notes, evaluation data, or other content created using our services. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide our services.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

School Solutions provides educational technology tools to support instructional coaching. We are not responsible for employment decisions, personnel actions, or evaluation outcomes made by school administrators using our platform. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or our services. You may cancel your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
